Reiki Usui Level 1 Training

Reiki, a Japanese energy healing technique, is an ancient technique that is used to balance one’s health and quality of life, to support physical and emotional healing, especially anxiety reduction, through the intentional movement of energy. 
 
Reiki is accessible to everyone through atunements and is easy to learn and practice. Practitioners use specific hand positions, held for a few minutes on or near the client’s clothed body for in person sessions, which is central to Reiki Level 1, or the first degree. 
 
After receiving the Reiki 1 certificate, participants will be able to perform self-treatments and provide treatments for others. Generally, Reiki providers do not begin practicing professionally until they have received the second or third degree, the third also known as Reiki Master Degree.

You will receive several books to build your understanding of reiki along with crystals to be able to use in conjunction with the chakras, and if desired within your reiki practice.
