Why Mentorship? If you have you been looking to know more about how to integrate energy work, boundaries, mindset & embodiment, crystals and essential oils and physical movement into your daily practices for balance, then mentorship is for you. This can be applied for personal and professional growth. Mentorship also includes Usui Ryoho Reiki Level 1. 
 

We will take a 3 month dive into how to combine intellectual, physical and energetic tools into tangible, digestible habits for your day to day experience which can be used to benefit you personally or professionally.
