Returning to the Heart - Reiki Refresher Course

This Reiki refresher is designed for those who have already received their Level 1 and 2 attunements and are ready to reconnect with their practice from a deeper, more embodied place. Whether you’re feeling called to re-anchor your self-treatment routine, revisit the sacred Reiki symbols, or simply receive energetic support and clarity, this offering is here to meet you where you are.
We’ll return to the heart of Reiki—its history, principles, and soul-guided simplicity—while reactivating the flow of energy through hands-on practice, intuitive guidance, and reflection. You’ll have the opportunity to strengthen your connection to the chakra system, explore distance healing, and refine your confidence in Reiki self care as well as sharing Reiki with others.
Fresh materials and homework included within the course. Healing attunement, homework and a month of accountability also part of the course.
